Job Description

Corporate Finance and Treasury professional providing support to the global Treasury function including North American cash management, foreign currency execution, banking structure and relationships, insurance and benefit plan funding and disbursements

•Reporting
•Retirement Asset & Liability Management
•Capital Structure Planning
•Financial Institution Relationships



Specific Accountabilities



•Direct back-up to Manager, Treasury Operations
oFull understanding of banking systems
oDaily cash management needs for North American operations
oExecution of foreign exchange contracts
oCash flow forecasting
oMonthly accounting entries
•Direct support to the Senior Manager, Global Treasury
•Identification and reporting of key Treasury exposures
oForeign currency
oCash positions including counterparty
oThird party and intercompany debt positions and guarantees
oInsurance renewal underwriting information
oRetirement asset and liability positions
•Responsible for all intercompany note arrangements
•Reporting
oDaily market rates
oMonthly FX rates
oDaily debt and cash positions
oQuarterly audit schedules
oManage global bank accounting inventory
oQuarterly debt compliance submission to rating agencies, banks and bond trustee
•Coordination of Certificates of Insurance
•Workers compensation wage reporting - Ohio, Washington and California
•Document and update Treasury policy, procedures and controls
•Review North American bank charges
•Support Treasury and Corporate Finance function with project work




Job Requirements




•Five or less years of Corporate Finance or Treasury experience
•Strong analytical skills
•BS or BA required
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office specifically Excel and PowerPoint

•Strong organizational skills
•Ability to understand accounting and tax principles



Working Relationships & Environment



•No travel typically necessary
•No special physical requirements
•Standard work schedules
