As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining product vision and strategy based on customer needs and competitive landscape. You will be part of a team responsible for products-designed for the finance / banking industry-throughout their life cycle. You will also work closely with IT groups to continuously improve our products and solutions.

Job Requirements

*Defining customer requirements and managing project scope, budget, timelines and expectations
•Identifying risk and taking steps to mitigate the red flags
•Assigning tasks and ensuring timely completion of deliverables
•Managing the client relationship throughout the duration of the project
•Leading a team of diverse individuals such as architects, developers, business analysts, quality analysts, etc. to work together in a matrix environment throughout an iterative development lifecycle
•Managing scope, budget and schedule for your projects
•Reporting on project status, progress and issues to both executives and technical team members
•Serving as the buck-stops-here, primary point-of-contact for your projects
•Understanding of contractual obligations as related to your projects
Required Skills and Knowledge
•Deep understanding of technology and business process and how the two are dependent upon one another for solution delivery
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
•Experience in project management techniques and methodologies
•Possess a good understanding of enterprise business technology tools and implementation experience
•Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
Experience
•Bachelor degree
•5+ years experience in software project management with demonstrated knowledge of software design and architecture
•Knowledge of PMI best practices and the ability to implement them in real world situations
•Excellent client relationship management skills
•Ability to quickly assess complex issues, bring focus to ambiguous situations and drive teams
•Ability to multi-task effectively and successfully manage several projects at the same time
•Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
•Excellent teamwork skills
•Ability to work with and interact with other departments throughout the organization
•Experience is in Auto Finance Industry is a plus
