Job Description

The Insurance Department administers the regulatory and clients oriented details of the Insurance Tracking Process for hazard/wind, flood and commercial general liability for commercial loans. The Insurance Team Lead supports the Insurance Department to ensure efficient and timely completion of departmental tasks and goals. The Team Lead must be detail-oriented and able to work under pressure on a variety of tasks, including research and resolution of escalated/priority requests. Team Leads oversee Insurance Staff, who perform MSP Tasks/”ARQS” (Action Requests for commercial loans) functions, review of exception reports, and clerical related functions to ensure high-quality service and to ensure the company is meeting service level agreements on processes.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

 Assist in the workflow administration of the Insurance Department in order to meet deadlines;
