Location: Los Angeles, CA
This position will perform various tasks associated with reviewing automotive retail installment contracts for accuracy and completeness. Custody Representative will responsible for receiving incoming titles and security notices, as well as other original documentation, and filing them in a secured location. This individual will also interact with other departments as a service-provider. Other responsibilities may also include: filing re-organization, securitization, title release requests, repo release requests, pulling booked accounts and paid accounts scheduled for release and perform other responsibilities as assigned by the department Manager/ Supervisor.
The successful candidate must be self-directed in work prioritization and will demonstrate good judgment-making ability within the scope of the position’s areas of responsibility. The associate will perform all duties in accordance with Westlake policies and procedures and all state and federal regulations.
