We are currently recruiting for a Client Associate:

Our client is a firm with strong history of relationship building and a track record of continuous growth and success.  They work with clients to whom they dedicate their full attention and resources to develop long-term relationships to meet their financial goals.  With offices in 3 states and clients in over 20 states they are positioned well to ensure they are able to provide exceptional service to our clients.

The Sales Associate role is a sales support position, typically providing dedicated operational and sales support to multiple Financial Advisors (FA's).  Sales Associate may also, on a regular basis, support office initiatives, in addition to the businesses of particular FA's.  For established clients, the Sales Associate will often serve as the most frequent point of contact for the Firm.  The Sales Associate will serve as an extension of the FA to the client and is expected to have excellent communication skills.  We offer competitive salary and excellent benefits, which include medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan. 

Job Requirements

Position Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree with a background in the financial or insurance industry

• A minimum of 3+ years of experience in a sales or sales support environment

• FINRA series 7/66 are preferred and, if not currently held, the candidate will be required to obtain within 90 days of employment

• Must be extremely tenacious, reliable and personally driven 

• Strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced team-oriented environment

• Must be able to maintain confidentiality on an industry level 

• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills

• Computer proficient and be able to adapt/learn new software

• Background check and credit history required 

Essential Job Functions

• Frequent client communications – in person, phone, email, mail

• Availability to communicate outside of regular business hours

• Opening of new client accounts and ongoing record keeping of client files 

• Responsible for movement of client funds via check, wire, or journal entry

• Scheduling FA meetings and travel arrangements

• Willingness and ability to maintain relationships with outside partners and clients 

• Prepare presentations and reports for FA/client review

• Assist on various office initiatives as needed

• Working knowledge with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Adobe, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc)
