Sparks Group has partnered with an industry leader in the financial sector, who is seeking contracted help within the Richmond, VA market. 



Responsibilities: 

• Candidate will be responsible for customer inquiries and problem resolution, transaction processes, supporting multiple departments, document preparation and research. Duties may include analysis and phone support.





Job Requirements

Qualifications/Background profile: 

• Financial services experience is highly preferred

• Call center background

• Experience with BETA, IRA's desired

• MS Office

• Attention to detail
