Allied Global Services, a leading staffing and recruiting agency in the Kansas City area, is looking to hire on dedicated a Full Time Administrative Assistant for one of our best clients.  




Currently looking for a Full Time Administrative Assistant. Hours would be First Shift Monday through Friday. Located in Kansas City, MO. 



As a Full Time Administrative Assistant, 

you will be working in our client's Office in the Kansas City area.  




Starting pay is $15-$16/hour. 




Duties for the Administrative Assistant/Office Coordinator will include: 

Recording orders from distributors via phone, fax and email

Processing payments - through Quickbooks

Use Excel for Client reports

Note and update customer information

Work directly with Vice President of Operations

Job Requirements

What you bring to the team: 



- Excellent organizational and communication skills

- Able to manage different events and adapt to changing demands

- Must be internet savvy

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook

- Knowing QuickBooks is a plus

- Able to work independently with minimal supervision

- Excellent time management
