Looking for a temporary Title Assistant who is reliable, has knowledge of title insurance and/or real estate and escrow, great work ethic, who is a multi-tasker, great attention to detail, strong computer skills, is a team player with a great attitude.

California Title Company, one of the largest independently owned, underwritten Title Companies in the United States is currently hiring for a temporary Title Assistant for the Laguna Niguel, CA office. The temporary Title Assistant is a critical role in providing excellent customer service and accurate information to our clients throughout the transaction process.

The temporary Title Assistant will perform a variety of clerical tasks which include researching, typing various forms of correspondence, processing incoming mail, proofreading various documents, filing, copying, and other administrative support tasks as assigned by the Title Officer.

The temporary Title Assistant will be expected to have an understanding of title procedures and policy issuance sufficient to communicate with clients in the opening and closing of title files and the preparation of the documents and instructions for closing transactions. This individual will ensure accurate and complete information on the title documents.

The temporary Title Assistant will perform any and all other tasks and duties as directed by the Title Officer.
